I created a form in InfoPath 2003 connected to SharePoint form library for internal users (those who have access to the SP site). We want to expand this form to others outside of the group. I do not want to have to add users to this user list and I do not want them to have access to SP.
I upgraded to InfoPath 2007 and updated our form to be used in InfoPath Forms services.
Can I have a user that is not a user on our SP site use a link to the form on another internal website and submit? I had a user not on our SP site try it out and the form opens in InfoPath. I had another user that has access to our SP try out the form and it displayed on InfoPath Services.
What am I missing?
