We are using DBXL for storing data in SQL server but in our company already lots of forms are submtteid to share point with out using DBXL().is there any way through DBXL to submit all the forms in Sharepoint to DataBase.

Have you purchased a DBXL license or are you using a trial license?

You can currently do what you want to do using DBXL, DBXL includes a migration tool.  Depending upon what sort of forms these are (IPFS with code behind or client only) how you integrate is slightly different.  We do have a new feature coming out in DBXL 2.4 that is going to make this scenario very very easy to implement with existing SharePoint documents.
