I have an InfoPath 2003 for that is currently using a Microsoft Access 2003 Database as it's primary data source. Hence, the "Submit" function of the form is currently dedicated to submitting the form data back to the database. However, I have other data that is not saved back to the database that I need to allow my users to save in the form when they save it. This functionality works, however, now I need to be able to save the completed form back to a SharePoint Document Library hopefully using the concat of three of the data fields found in the database that acts as the main data connection: LastName, FirstName, and DOB. I am not very good at doing code and have thusfar done it by the seat of my pants, but at this point, I do not know how to write js code (already used in the form for other functions) to allow my users to hit save and get it to save back to the SharePoint Document Library with the document name: "LastName, FirstName DOB". Maybe there is another way to accomplish this without code? Thank you in advance.
