Probably a Newbie, question.
I have infopath form with dropdown using secondary data source list from sharepoint. If I use spd to create work flow, in the email container, how do I read the multiple lines from a text box? Whats that process look like please? Is it a varible creation before the email process? How do I create multiple varibles against the dropdown that may vary from one to ten entries? The email looks at the list just fine but only extracts the first row of data from the content type.
Or can I get guideance on a how too read the multiple levels of a dropdown (repeating) into fields that I can use for the workflow?
