InfoPath Dev

SDE 9.8 is installed with web services running.  I have configured the web service to what I believe is complete.  See next post.

I have successfully set up a package on the integration console and have it working.  But for the web service, I but keep getting the following error messages when deploying it.  Can anyone help?

Try Restarting the WebService Administrator service from the console.

Go to the Status Tab .... Under Web Services Administrator Services ... under Action Click the Stop Button ... then Click Start

 This helped me resolve the issue
