Hi, I'm also a newbie to infopath. I just noticed this problem recently. I have a dropdown that is connected to sharepoint list however the list has 1500 items. I noticed that infopath only gets the first 100 items (Only the first page in the list is retrieved). How can I retrieve all the items in the list? I just don't know how to solve this. Thanks.

This is based on the item limit for the default view for the SharePoint list. If you change the item limit (under the list's settings, go to the default view, and change the number of items it returns) you'll see all the items in the list. 1500 items will make for a long drop down for your users!

Thanks for your reply. Sorry I made a mistake on my previous post,  the dropdown has a filter, so not all the sharepoint list will be retrieved. I've set the item limit to 1500 and it works (Thanks!) but the sharepoint site's loading became slow.
