InfoPath Dev

I have designed a Infopath 2003 form Test.xsn and published at a shared folder(D:\Info\Test.xsn). I opened the form and saved it as Test.xml. Copied the Test.xml from local machine to my laptop which is stand alone. When am trying to open the Test.xml file, getting the following error message.

Infopath cannot open the following file test.xml.

It is looking for the path(shared folder - D:\Info\Test.xsn)..

Can someone help me out with this...

Yes, InfoPath needs the XSN to open the XML.

Can you describe what you are trying to accomplish?

Am designing a performance review infopath 2003 form. I want users to take the form out of the network to home and work on it and bring it back. So, when the form was copied to Laptop, it(xml document) was not opening as it is looking for the template(xsn - residing on the network drive) which is not in the laptop(not in network).
