    Linking Forms

    Hi,

I'm in the process of building a form template for my wife's clinic and I was hoping to get some advice on a couple things.  Right now she completes a 2 page evaluation for each patient in word (very time consuming), then prints and faxes to different doctors offices.  My goal was to create a form template that would save her time and could potentially be emailed instead of faxed.

I would like to set it up where she could fill out an Infopath form, click submit and a pdf would automatically be generated. My first thought was to have her convert the form directly to pdf but that apparently will not work because the final document needs to be condensed and must only contain the relevant information. (leave off unchecked boxes, consolidate text, etc.)

This brings me to my current idea of having a 2nd form that would automatically be generated with information from the 1st form.  I figured she could then convert the 2nd document into a pdf and email..  The only problem is that I don't know how to link two forms.  Is this possible??

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

why dont you just create two views of the form. one view which your wife will use to fill the information another view which she will convert to pdf and sent to others.
