document library wont display all uploaded docs.

Im new at this, but i have a form on sharepoint that all my supervisors are filling out and submitting daily.  When i go to view them, there are only the first 43 showing in the folder.  there is no "next" button.  they are all old documents now.  If i go to explorer view, all of the forms are there.  why dont they show in regular view?  I would like them to be available for everyone to view.

    thanks,

    Hi BRobins75 and welcome!

You'll need to look at the SharePoint view you are using. It may have a filter set that hides the other items. Or, it may be set to only show the first XX. By default SharePoint limits the list to 200 unless you extend it. Not sure which version of SharePoint you are using, but you should be able to find the link to customize the library settings. The views will be available there. Click on the default view if you are unsure which one it is and verify that there is no filtering happening. If there is no filtering, you will need to look at the form that is being submitted. Perhaps there is a problem with it. You can attach it here and we can take a quick look.

    Cheers!
