I have a form with questions that are answered by clicking a radio button--"yes", "no", "na".  Sometimes my managers need to submit the form multiple times b/c they are assigned 2 or more areas, and each area has to fill out the form.  Instead of having them open the form multiple times and submit it, I would like to have a button for "additional areas".  when clicked, it would basically bring up the "yes", "no", 'na", beside the existing questions/radio buttons.  so basically the questions would display multiple columns of "yes", 'no", "na", depending on whether or not "additional areas" was selected. 

is this possible?  they hate filling it out multiple times, and if it could all be accomplished on one form it would simplify things.

Not sure how to repeat it horizonatlly, although maybe that's an option in rich client forms that I haven't tried, but you can at least repeat your table or section vertically.  You'll need to put the question nodes inside of a repeating group, and then you can give them the option of adding as many as they need depending on the situation.
