i'm searching the best way / practice for the following scenario:
+ sharepoint teamsite, contains a form-library and the standard task list expand with a column "meetingagenda" that contains the filenames of the form-library-documents
+ an infopath form created from the "meeting agenda"-template, expand with a list of tasks linked to the form, that is filled via a dataconnection to the sharepoint tasklist filtered by the form-filename
This works fine already, but nonproductive: You have to fill out the form and save it. Then you can create a Task, link to this form. Then you reopen the form and see the task(s) linked to this form.
I would like to create the task within the form. What is the best practice therefor? Every idea is welcome.
We use MOSS 2007 and Office 2007
