Hi ,

                 I am new to infopath. I have a porblem here while submitting data from a repeating table to an SAP web service to insert data into the fields in the web service. Can any one suggest me how to submit data from a repeating table to SAP using an SAP web service. I need to use a web service which is created by SAP group. My job is to map the fields in table and in the web service. SAP web service contains a table which can get the data from our repeating table. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If you are confused with my question please let me know.

You may need to do this in code. So much depends on how the web service is set up -- what parameters it takes, etc. Can you provide more specific details on the web service you are trying to submit to?

                Thanks for ur reply, Here in my case SAP web service can take all the values from infopath as a table. So i am trying to use a repeating table in infopath. i am sending data from allmost 10 fields. web service can be able to recieve the data but i am having problem with how to map that table in that web service and our repeating table. I tried to send data from a single textbox it was working fine. But when it comes to repeating table case it wasn't working. Can i do this submission of data from repeating table through rules or i need some code. If u have any code related to this available share with me that would be really a great help. If you want me to explain in detail regarding fields in web service i can do that.

I believe you'll need to write some code for this -- I imagine that your web service takes the individual strings, like, for example, what we'd see in a single row of a table... and that you need to basically for each row in your table populate the parameters for the web service and submit. If you are using InfoPath 2007, do some searching on XPathNodeIterator to find code samples for looping through a repeating group -- for IP 2003, I think you want IXMLDOMNodeList...

 I am done with my work and i did not use any code to submit data from repeating table to SAP web service. I have used web service template inplace of blank template while creating the form. Thanks for your sugessions.
