Hi there,

I am trying to apply the the following filter confition for a data source in my InfoPath form template:

(field1 = "A" OR field1 = "B" ) and field2 = "Active"

It seems that it is not possible to use nested ccondition in this case.

Can anyone give ne some hints about how to achieve this?

Hi,

You can use the filter like this.

my:field2 = "Active" and (my:field1 = "A" or my:field1 = "B")

Example:

count(/my:myFields/my:group1/my:group2[my:field2 = "Active" and (my:field1 = "A" or my:field1 = "B")])

Here the group2 is repeating section and field1, fied2 are fields in group2.
