Although i have recently created and implemented a Sharepoint 2007 intranet in work I am by no means an expert. I now want to create a booking system using Infopath forms. I can create, publish and submit the initial request forms fine, but I want to create a form for the Booking System admins to allows them to query the data previously inputted via the booking request forms? an example would be:
Field Description
Room: this field would prepopulate with all the rooms that have been booked
Who Booked: this field would list/prepopulate with the users who have booked the room
Reason for booking this field would prepopulate with the reasons given on the Booking Request Form , e.g. Meeting, interviews.. etc..
Is there an easy way to do this ?
