 Hello;

 I have a question about CAML and submitting data to sharepoint so I will use the example I have seen here.

 So this template is similar to the example blog posted here on how to submit data to a sharepoint list via infopath.

<Batch OnError="Continue">
    <Method ID="1" Cmd="New">
        <Field Name='Title'></Field>
        <Field Name="ID"></Field>
        <Field Name="Name"></Field>
        <Field Name="Department"></Field>
    </Method>
</Batch>

The datasource for the template will look like Batch --> Method --> ID --> CMD --> Field. 

However in the DataSource pane of Infopath you end up selecting a repeating table control for Field.

This table only has text boxes in it and I need other controls like check boxes & date pickers

Is there a way to modify the template so that different controls can be applied in the datasource?
