I need to validate duplication of contactselector account names. how to do the same using rules.

What does your data structure look like? Are you using just one, repeating contact selector?

I use the contact selector in a repeating table. I want a no duplication of a contact selector in a single row

for instantce

Row1  :  Contact selector control[user1,user2,user3,user1] x =>  User1 should be allowed once within a row

Row2  :  Contact selector control[user1,user2,user3] -==>User1 is allowed across rows.

Row3  :  Contact selector control[user1,user2,user3] -
