Repeating a Section Based on a Value in the Form.

    Hello Info Path Guru's

I am new to InfoPath and am trying to accomplish a task. I was wondering if anybody knew how to do it or even if it is possible.

I have a form with a field Ex: how many rooms do you want? this is a text box which only accepts int.

     Say a user puts 3.

Then I have a repeating section which I would only want to repeat 3 times (Based on the user input of that field) (for each bedroom i-e).

Is this possible? how can I do it? Thanks.

Sorry Also  I want to disable the area where the user can choose to repeat the "repeating section". So the section shall only repeat "that" many times as much as the value indicated in the previous field.

Hi -- check this post which has a VB.NET sample: http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/8172/29619.aspx#29619

As far as disabling the area where the user fills in the value, you could always make it read only if it isn't blank. This does mean the user has to get it right the first time....

Thanks for your help but this just went all over my head.

Is there any way to do it through the UI of InfoPath without going into the Code?

    Thanks in Advance.

I am afraid I do not know of a way to do this without code.
