Schema validation found non-data type (Probably not a NIL issue)

I tried to add a new row at the end of a repeating table programmatically, and received the error after all.Afer googling around, it is likely to be the problem of xsl:nil attribute. This Infopath blog post suggests the following data types are most likely to have the issues:

    • Whole Number (integer)
    • Decimal (double)
    • Date (date)
    • Time (time)
    • Date and Time (dateTime)

The elements of the row are not of any of the data types presented above, and none of them resulted with attribute of xsl:nil after modified by my program, so I don't even know where I can apply the DeleteNil method to...How to fix this issue?

Any idea is appreciated, thank you!

It would help if you would show us an example of the code you're trying to use.  Otherwise we can only make wild guesses at what's going wrong.

    Hello,

I think you may be running into trouble with the xsi:nil attribute. When you set the value of your above listed fields, you'll need to remove that attribute. It throws a schema validation error otherwise. See this article for more info: http://blogs.msdn.com/infopath/archive/2006/11/28/the-xsi-nil-attribute.aspx
