    Email Introduction problem

    I posted this elsewhere and did not receive any response but now I have more information.

    I have a form developed in IP2003 but then modified in 2007 and resaved as a 2003 template.  The email intruction in the data connection is not showing up for the recipients who use Office 2007 even though it does show on the pop up when the email is sent by the submitter.

    In digging through the forms, I found this difference in the emails received.

    A working 2003 Form:

    <html xmlns:v="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:vml"

    xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"

    xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word"

    xmlns:m="
    http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml"

    xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40" id=L04CD3A80433BE62A>

    The non working form:

    <html xmlns:o="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"

    xmlns:w="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:word"

    xmlns:m="
    http://schemas.microsoft.com/office/2004/12/omml
    "

    xmlns="http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-html40">

    Notice the difference in the first line for the schemas.  What does this mean, if anything?

    Unfortunatlely the form that is not working is our most complex form and it is not easy to rebuild.

    Thank you for your Help.

    Re: Email Introduction problem

    I can now add one thing we learned today.  This was a form developed in IP 2003 but opened and resaved in IP 2007 to a 2003 template but before Service Pack 1 was applied which fixed the email introdution problem.

    Now not even resaving the form fixes the issue.

    My next option is Microsoft support unless I can get some help here.

    Thank you for your Help.
