InfoPath Dev

Situation:

1. I have a check list, that needs boxes ticking every hour or so over a 12hr period.  
2. There are two people that need to "tick" the boxes and they sit in different location

Present status:

1. I have created the form and every tick a run a rule that saves and over writes the form

Problem:

1. If one user "ticks" a box and then the other user ticks a box the 2nd user will overwrite the first users "tick"

How do I over come this? I having been searching for a solution, but can't find one :(

I have tried getting the form to reload the data from the saved copy, but I can't find a way of doing this.

Hello,

1. If user tries to open the already opened InfoPath form then it will give the message like "another user has open form".

2. For this you have to lock the document while opening the form and after submitting the form you have to unlock that document.

Above two cases opening the opened form you have to shift to read only view or do not show the buttons for that form.
