 Hi all,

 I need to find a way to design a workflow that allow submitted forms to be moved into particular folders (these folders have set permissions) within a form library. 

The basic overview:

1. User submits form into form library
2. Form move to respective folders based on a field value in the form

 I already know how to do this between Form Libraries, but ideally our client it wants it within the same Form Library - any ideas?

Create one new View in the form library and set filtering to display only submitted forms.

I don't think you understand what I'm trying to do. The filtering of the items (forms) can be done when forms are submitted, but you cannot have permissions on views.  

I want a Workflow to organise the forms into folders - each folder has specific user groups assigned to them so they could only see their own folder not anyone elses. 

However, I took another approach and did not use Workflow at all.

I use the OnSubmitRequest method and some scripting to allocate the forms into the right folders.  Works okay... but ideally, Workflows would be much better.
