    Hello shayken,
    One question that I have for you is by reuse a form do you mean that you would like to use the forms which are created in older version in New version, then you would do it by following these steps:
    1. Open your InfoPath solution in Design mode
    2. Go to Tools -> Form Options
    3. Click on Advanced tab
    4. Select "Automatically upgrade existing forms" from On Version upgrade drop down in Form template version section
    5. Click on Ok button
    6. Save the Template and open the forms created in older version
    Newly added fields will be displayed in editable mode

    Hope this helps!

    Hello shayken,
    If you want to "copy" one form to create the other having as base the copied form, then
    Create DOM first and load the template xml into the DOM and using NewFromSolution method or if you want to open new form with default data then use NewFromSolutionwithdata.

    Here is the code for it to review
    IXMLDOMDocument2 extensionDocument = XMLDOMDocument2)thisXDocument.CreateDOM();
    extensionDocument.validateOnParse = false;
    extensionDocument.load("template.xml");
    thisApplication.XDocuments.NewFromSolutionWithData(extensionDocument, thisXDocument.Solution.URI, 1);

    Hope this helps you!
