Hello all,
We have one specific user who is having trouble accessing a form.
Here's the setup:
An InfoPath 2003 form template stored in a form library on SharePoint is accessed from a link that is sent in an email. The email is being accessed in Outlook 2003. For everyone else, the link works fine, but when this user opens from the email an InfoPath-Forms Services error is thrown in Internet Explorer. The error reads:
The following file is not a valid InfoPath form: /sites/NameOfSite/NameOfDir/FormLibraryName/NameOfForm (I changed the names if couldn't tell :)
Anyway, on the NameOfForm part is where it is getting truncated. There are no spaces in the word that gets truncated.
Permissions in SharePoint and all of the data sources that the forms use are set properly and the user has SP3 for InfoPath 2003 and .NET framework 1.1 and 2.0.
Finally, if the user manually copies the link and pastes it into Internet Explorer, it works fine.
Again this is the only user that is having this problem. I'm thinking it could be a setting that I just don't know about in Outlook but I can't begin to think of what it would be.
Any ideas?
Thanks a lot
