I want to know if it's possible to have an percent size for array columns. I only have pixel, po and cm. The % is available for other controls but no for arrays.
I would like resize automatically my view when my screen definition increases
(sorry for my english)

We can specify the column width sizes in percentages. We don't have option to set the value in percentage for views size.

But are you that it's available in infopath 2003 ?
In array column size, i have only the following values : px, po, cm pt. There is no %.

To my knowledge, there is no % available for array column sizes. But you can set the lay out of the view by using a View property Layout settings.
