InfoPath Dev

My company has around 15,000 people and they are all spread out around the country and use different servers.  I am building a infopath form to collect data during the christmas period for statistical purpose. 

 Steps involved for data collection:

1. Staff complete the infopath form and then send it via email to Head office. (following code used - XDocument.UI.ShowMailItem([email protected], "", "", "Daily Return", "As requested, please find the attached document.");)

2. Head office opens the form and download the information into an access database. (Data connection is used)

 Problem:

B'coz you can either create an email or database connection only, I am sending the email via code and download the information through database connection.  In step I am using the code to send the email, the data validation on the form does not work. 

 Question:

Have you got any suggestion, How I can overcome this issue?

If your code before send the email you have to check once below the condition to send the email.
