I have an infopath form that uses a webservice to get the employee's manager's account name.  This returns: domain\name.   Is there a way to create a sharepoint list view to show only the employees that report to me and other managers theirs?  I have tried the [Me] but that does not work.

Open your share point list view and go to modify this view. In that you will find Filter option, in that select your managers column(For this you have to promote this column) name, select equal to in next drop down and give the name of the manager whose forms you want to show in the list.
