InfoPath Dev

I have a Info Path form that sends and email when submitted.  I am not attaching it as a document, but including the values within the email.  The problem is i lose my table formating,  All the Merged Cells i have "UnMerge" which wreaks some major havoc on the format.  Does anyone have any ideas?

 I also got the same problem while implementing this functionality into my project. I tried it very much and atlast i figure out that "Infopath will losts its table formatting while sending the Email" which is a major bug in InfoPath.

Any luck on figuring this out?  I am having the same issue. 

 It is driving me insane to scroll to the right because of table formatting gone postal...???

I narrowed it down to IP forms server & Internet Exploder. If I run the form in InfoPath and submit the formatting is fine. Now what?
