Hi,

I have published the infopath form as a document library to a sharepoint site.I am using the same template for capturing the information.I have added some fields of the form as a column to a list.

When I am filling the template, the previous information filled in the other form's display at the bottom of the fields(textbox's).

Please let me know if you know how to clear the cache of the form.

You can turn off auto-complete in the internet options by deselecting Forms:

1. On the Tools menu, click Options.
2. On the General tab, under System options, click Internet Options.
3. In the Internet Properties dialog box, click the Content tab.
4. Under Personal information, click AutoComplete.
5. Under Use AutoComplete for in the AutoComplete Settings dialog box, select the AutoComplete options that you want to use. You can deselect Forms here if you'd like to not use AutoComplete in InfoPath
