Page break in an optional section

I have 2 views on my form.  A "Form View" and a "Print View".

Form View has all optional sections that users can fill out.  I want my Print View to display only the optional sections that are related to the users.  Each optional section are on a separate page.  I did a conditional formatting on the optional section with a page break inside (seems quite silly), but I couldn't think of any other way - this however did not work.

Is there another way I could do this?

Actually, I don't think that sounds silly at all -- it is what I would have tried. I'm sort of surprised it didn't work. What happened when you did a print preview on the form? You could also try putting the page break in a regular section and conditionally format the section to show or hide.....

I got it! There was an invisble space. What I did initially should work fine.
