I have built a for in office 2003, everything has worked fine the last few days and now when I choose a selection from the drop down boxes it automatically defaults to the last value in the box? Thanks for any help

Can you verify that, any default value set for that dropdown field?
Verify “Default value” in the Field or Group properties and in the rules.
By the way, from where your dropdown values coming?
I have the default set to the first value of every box that is just a label for that that box, and the values are manually entered, not linked to anything.
Is this happening for all the drop downs on the form? or just one? Does it happen in both in Preview mode and when the form is opened regularly? Have you tested it on any other machines?
