    Using Code form 2007 VSTA in 2003

    I developed a form using IP 2007 and made it 2003 compatible, and it works fine. This form has some C# code behind.  I need to turn this over to our support team.  Unfortunately, they only have IP 2003.   On their machines they only have the MSE.  Upgrading them to 2007 is a hassle I'd like to avoid.  Is there a way we can load VSTA on their machines to work with IP 2003?
