Sharepoint services 3.0 +Infopath 2003 issues with population

    Hello all,

    Really simple issue here.

I cannot get any form I create and publish in infopath to appear in sharepoint after submission.

    Any Clues?

I believe I have my submit correctly setup, and the columns are created in sharepoint, but the form will never appear no matter how simple I make the form ie(a text control and submit button).

     anything helps...

I'm using Sharepoint Services 3.0 and InfoPath 2003 SP3 if that sheads any light on the situation.

    Thanks,

    chuck

    Hi,

These are the clear steps to set rule for button:

    a.       Double click the ‘Submit’ button.

    b.      Click on ‘Rules’ then add a rule.

    c.       Add a condition.

    d.      Select ‘Submit Using a Data Connection’ for the action.

    e.      For ‘Data Connection’ add and give the URL up to the form library.

    f.        Click ‘Ok’ for all the windows.

Do this you will find the form in the SharePoint where you have Submitted.make sure to check the form in the form library to which you have taken the connections.

    Cheers for the info...

I've done all of that. I'll try and be a little more specific.

I have setup the sumbit code as well as I can see the submitted form in the approprate folder in Sharepoint 3.0. However, when you go back to the view of that folder it does not populate with form information or even indicate the form is in that folder. I'm pretty sure at this stage it has something to do with sharepoint 3.0 and Infopath 2003 sp3. One of the main reasons I say that is because I'm unable to connect fields from infopath to the pre-made columns in sharepoint services 3.0.

More insight in to this issue is very welcome.

    Thanks for your response,

    chuck
