    InfoPath 2003 -- One User Only Gets Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 must be set as the default e-mail program Error

    I have a one user out of 20 who gets the following error when he submits a form. 

    InfoPath cannot submit the form.

    An error occurred while the form was being submitted.

    To use this feature, Microsoft Office Outlook 2003 must be set as the default e-mail program

    Where do I go to get this set up correctly on his PC?  I've looked everywhere I know to look and Outlook is already set as the default email program.

    Hi -- did you try the Programs tab under Internet Options in Internet Explorer?

    Yes.  It was set correctly.  I also found a setting in Outlook and it was set correctly.

    This post suggests you may need to Repair or Reinstall Office. It sounds like you've checked everything out -- have you tried a repair?

    Haven't tried a repair as this user is based out of Chicago and I'm in Texas but I'll pass the info on to him.  Thanks for the help.
