    Problem with Digital Certificate

I have a form that is signed with a digital certificate from our own corporate CA.  This has worked well during my testing.  We publish the form to a Sharepoint library.  The user opens the form the first time and they get a security warning and they select Always Trust and Open, then they are fine.

I was having problems on my computer from which I do all my designing of the Infopath form.  I decided I would delete my Windows profile and start fresh.  Since then, I've had this problem with designing my form.  When I try to open it to design, I get this error:

"The selected form cannot be opened correctly because it was signed with a certificate that is not available on this machine.  To remove the certificate and open the form, click OK.  Note that removing the certificate might require users to delete and reinstall the form on  their computer.  In addition, forms requiring full trust will not open  correctly unless they are signed with a trusted signature."

I found that the certificate I used was not in my Trusted Root Certification Authorities->Certificates .  I've added it back, but I'm still having problems.  It'll let me open the form to fill out, but not to design.

I'm not very knowledgeable with Digital Certificates, but I managed to get this to work but now I'm lost.  If I try and open the form on another computer, I get the same issue.  Even after installing the certificate again on my computer, Infopath doesn't let me use it to Sign even a new, blank form.  Its really strange...HELP
