InfoPath form Security in a Document Library

I know that form security is a major issue with InfoPath and SharePoint, but I'm looking for some other ideas that people have used.

i have a form that gets submitted and does  get approved by one of three people, but should only be changed by one of the three or the Created By.

The only way I can think to set this up as secure is make a default view so that users only see what they created, but the All Documents view is still available and other users can get to it if they look, so they are not really secure. I wish that views could have permissions on them. That would be soooo nice. it would solve many problems.

     Any other ideas?

In InfoPath, you have User Roles in Tools.

You can use User Roles to limit the access to others.
