I'm curious if sharepoint connections can be used to access the Group-People portion of sharepoint where securities are dictated to use as a database for a drop down list in info path. Or is there another way that I can access Network ID's from a select group to act as a database for a drop down box in info path.
The basic problem I have is that as it stands we have a Sharepoint List which tracks our Sales Representative Contact information. These are people employed by my company so they all have network ID's. The issue is that I want the 'drop down list' in my form to be automaticaly updated as people are removed and added (Secruity Wise) to the 'Sales Represenative Group', rather then having to manage a seperate Contact List in sharepoint.
