    Form access issue (I think)

We are using Infopath with a couple of links back to a sps list that are a pull down box selection within the form.
We are having MAJOR issues with the form loading the lists.
One or two users cannot access a form because it will not run the query on the DataObject when opened. But if I go to another computer, still within my network, the form can be loaded and edited with no issues at all.
I have changed the rights for all users to have admin rights to see if that was the issue, no change.
The only real difference between the users that can access the forms and the ones that cannot is that the ones that cannot are being asked for a username & password prior to opening the form. The users that can access the form are not prompted for any username or password.
    HELP - HELP
    Thanks,
    Bryan

Since your templates are on an authenticated server, the users must login to that server so that when the files are downloaded the server knows that the user is allowed to download them. Try this:

    1. Open IE on the user's machine.
    2. Login to the sharepoint site
    3. With the IE windows still open, try opening the form.

This is a workaround, but to build the login functionality into your form you could probably use managed code to create the appropriate authentication from active directory and submit that to the web server in OnLoad to alleviate this problem.

We open the form from within IE and our SPS webpage, so user is already logged into our AD when they login to the computer.

Or you might try the "Local Intranet" zone - that's what we have all of our users add the site to and this is the answer to a large number of support problems.
