I am creating a form in IP 2003 that will be accessed via a MOSS site. Upon completion the form will get routed through a 4 or 5 step approval process. The number of steps depends a value that was entered into the form. What are some of the pro/cons that I should consider when choosing the Approval workflow from MOSS or creating my own worflow logic within the IP form?

Hey Dean.

Unless I have to I prefer to build my workflow logic in the form itself.

I think that is easier to setup and maintain than a SP workflow.

Yours might justify it but typically most workflows do not need that level of detail and it ends up just complicating the solution.

I am not sure if there are any issues with IP2003 and designer 2007 but I would verify that too.
