    Hi,

    When we click on "Check Names" button of the Contact Selector control, it by default checks/validates the account alias in the AD. Is there any way when user clicks "Check Names" button we can validate user against "All People & Groups" list in the SharePoint site & not with AD? Is it possible to achieve this functionality? If yes then kindly guide towards this.

    One possible solution is to create you own button and call this web service: http://localhost/_vti_bin/userprofileservice.asmx and select the correct Operation
