Create a text file with info from InfoPath Form

I'd like to be able to create a text file from an infopath form with the elements from a form. Just the Variables, I wouldn't need the Names of text boxes or combo boxes. For instance, if I have a text box with a name, all I need is the name in the text box, not the name of the text box as well. I hope this isn't too confusing.

A little history of why. We have 2 Access databases. 1 holds all of our employees, the other holds all the times they've called in sick etc. I'd like my InfoPath form to use the Employee database to automatically fill in the employee info when I type in their ID number, which I know how to do, but I can't get it to push their sick time into the time off database because InfoPath tells me I can only use 1 Access database in my connections.

    Thanks for any help.

    Hi Dave,

Have you tried to do this with using a secondary datasource? It sounds like you are trying to setup 2 primary datasources and you can only use one. However, you can use a secondary datasource to do what you need to do.

You can use your main Access DB as your main datasource and the other DB as a secondary datasource.
