Digital Signatures are also supported when filling in forms from the Office Forms Server using a Web browser. This is achieved using an ActiveX control which can be downloaded to the client machine.

When the user initiates signing of a form in Internet Explorer, the browser will download and install an ActiveX control which enables digital signature support in Web-enabled forms. Digital signatures are supported out of the box for Internet Explorer only, but the platform is extensible so that support can be built by partners for other browsers and platforms.

    Hope this helps.
