Link form template to form library

This should be a pretty basic question, but I'm stumped after trying several obvious ways to do that, so I'm asking here:

I have an activated administrator-approved browser-enabled template (request). It is located in the FormServerTemplates folder of my site.

I need to link this form to its corresponding form library (Requests), so that it will be used to open or create new forms in that library.

To Set your uploaded form to your form libary:

    1. Navigate IE to: http://machinename/_admin/ManageFormTemplates.aspx
    2. After your form template is finished installing, Select Activate To A Site Collection from your form template name drop-down.
    3. Select Change Site Location from the Site Collection drop-down.
    4. Select Change Web Application from the Web Appliaction drop-down.
    5. Select the appropriate web application.
    6. Click OK twice.

This activates the form template to the site collection, allowing users to work with it in a browser. However, the form itself remains in the "Form Templates" folder and is not linked to the form library where it belongs("Reports"). The step I'm looking for should integrate that form template into a specific form library within the site collection.

See if the following instructions help:

Add the uploaded form to the existing site content types:
    1. Navigate in IE to your MOSS server: http://machinename
    2. Navigate to your Form Libary.
    3. Choose Form Libary Settings from the Settings drop-down.
    4. Click Add from existing site content types.
    5. Select Microsoft Office InfoPath from the Select Site Content Types From drop-down.
    6. Select your form template in the Available Site Content Types list and add it to the Content Types To Add list.
    7. Click OK.

To set the new button options,
    1. Navigate in IE to your MOSS server: http://machinename
    2. Navigate to your Form Libary.
    3. Choose Form Libary Settings from the Settings drop-down.
    4. Click Change new button order and default content type.
    5. Clear the Visible check box for Form.
    6. Click OK.

Aha, not so obvious, but still easy. Shouldn't have shied away from the content type management in the first place.

Anyhow, this works, so thanks a bunch!
