What I need to do develop my entire code in C#?

I'm not entirely positive what you mean by your question, but if you are asking how to set your form to use C#, you can follow these steps:

1. Under the Tools menu, select Form Options
2. Select Programming
3. If there is already a project attached to the form that is not in the language you want, select Remove Code (if it is script, be sure to make a copy of anything you might wish to save)
4. Select C#
5. Make sure you have your desired project location for your code
6. Select OK

If I misunderstood your question, could you clarify it further for me?

So you are using InfoPath 2003? I think in that case you need to use Visual Studio to develop a C# solution....

 Yes, I am using 2003, and I also have visual studio... how can I "link" the visual studio with info path?
