Hi I want to develop a contineous improvment form where users can go and select under headings of People Product and Process various drop down catogories then add some of their own text. I don't want to merge the data input together, perfering to have seperate columns for each. I don;t want to limit input by creating say three tables for each (people process product) so 9 entries as the form looks cumbersome.
Anyone got any creative thoughts?
