InfoPath Dev

Hi Gang,

I'm fairly new to InfoPath and just wanted to ask a typical newbie question.  Is it possible to create a form with multiple views...  one for screen display and one for printing?  If so, what are the basics of creating multiple views?

Hi Sam and welcome to the forum!

Absolutely, this is one of the most commonly used features of InfoPath. In the InfoPath Designer, go to Design Tasks and Views. You can create a new view there by clicking Add a New View... You'll want to add rules to switch the views. You can do this on load (Tools -> Form Options -> Open and Save -> Rules) or on a button click (add a button to your view, double click the button and choose Rules).
