Sending an xml file to a user without InfoPath installed

So I've set up a form that has an option control with a submit button.  When they hit the submit button the form sends to a specified recipient.  However, if the recipient doesn't have InfoPath 2007 installed then the radio buttons on the option control will change to WingDings.  I think my solution lies in changing the internal style sheet, but I can't find the file.  Any help is appreciated.

Are you saying that the user has InfoPath 2003 or no InfoPath?

If they have InfoPath 2003 they will need the form attached as they do not have the ability to complete it in Outlook.

If they don't have InfoPath at all, then there is not going to be anything you can do since they cannot interact with the template.
