I'm having some issues with installing QDabra. I've set up a virtual machine for it with Windows Server 2003, MOSS 2007, SQL Server 2005, but after I get through the screen that lets me select the databases, the LDAP, etc. when I click Finish it says: "The installation failed, and the rollback has been performed. Count cannot be less than 0. Parameter: count.

 It doesn't catch this in the event log either, I'm a bit puzzled as to what I'm supposed to be doing with the installation.

 Any insight will be of great help,

Sorry to hear that you are having problems. I have never heard of this problem before. I'm glad you checked the Qdabra Event Log - that's the first thing I would want to know is whether or not you found errors in the log. Since you didn't, it's likely some other issue. Might be related to the permissions on the account under which you installed the web service. Do you have time for us to look at this via a Live Meeting debug session?
