    Data Connection Cases I.e Capital letters

    I've got an access database which I'm using to receive Office information (Address, Street Numbers etc etc) and the field in which I want to validate which Address is populated contains the Town and comes from another Database.

     The issue I'm having is that some of the Towns in the database are in lower case and some in upper. This wouldnt normally be a problem as I could adjust the small access database to be the same but for example one Advisor has his office as SYDNEY and one as Sydney so I cannot adjust accordingly.

    Basically the question is: can I add something to the following field formula to ignore the case:

    @PostalAddress[@BranchName = Advisor_Suburb]

    Thanks in advance for your help, this website has been priceless for me.

    Yah you want to look at the translate function. I am guessing if you search on it you will find some examples.

    With that you can translate all upper case to lower case and then get your synchronization.
