TExt Box and Rich Text formatting

Hi Guys, I'm struggling a little with a form I've created for Marketing. Basically the form is for an Email newsletter which is to be written by business users. Therefore the form has been restricted and set I.e. Fonts and sizes/colours are pre defined for all Text boxes. I have the following issue however:

In one particular field, the font, colour and size must be set but users need to be able to add Hyperlinks. If I use a 'Text box' and specify font options I cannot insert a Hyperlink. If I use a Rich Text box I can insert a Hyperlink but cant restrict the text. If I restrict options in the Rich Text box then I cannot add a Hyperlink. Basically I want a text box of some kind that I can restrict to a certain font/size but let people insert Hyperlinks, any ideas?

     Thanks in advance

    Alex

Can you dedicate a control for a hyperlink?

You can create a repeating list of hyperlinks.

Have the first field they enter the URL and then have a Hyperlink control that uses the text they inserted for its link.

Otherwise I think you are stuck in the situation you described.

Yeh thats possibly an option but I would like to be able to automatically insert the hyperlink when someone inserts a field with www. and .com on the end. Like you say I muight be a bit stuck. Is there not anyway to manually restrict options available in a Rich Text box?

You can parse a text string in a field.

    Substring-before(substring-after(textfield, "www."), ".com")

Obviously this has issue with non .com urls but could be a way of extracting or identifying the basic domain name and then placing it in an associated hyperlink.

Is there anyway I could insert an 'optional item' (Hyperlink) into a 'Choice Section'. That would solve the issue.....

Or the best option for me would be to restrict the font in a Rich Text Box to just the specified yet allow Hyperlinks to be inserted?
