Custom SQL Data Connection writing to repeating Table

I have an InfoPath 2003 form that talks with a SQL Database.  Because of the size of the database (numerous tables with many, many thousands of entries) I exprience lag times if I use the "out-of-box" data connection functionality.

I have been able to make the data connections based on certain values I select using Vbscript.  I have even gotten to a point where it writes single fields to the form based on information from the database-so the functionality of the code works fine.  My major problem is when I have a search that needs to report multiple values.  For instance, I am querying all the software installed on a single server.

The output should look like this:

    Server 1:

    software1

    software2

    software3

I need to programatically (using VBscript) write these values to a repeating table and have it loop until it reachs .EOF.  It populates the first row but that is all.  I was able to use the clone row code as well, but it did not keep generating rows and only populated the first two rows of software values.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thank you.

    Hi Jeff.

Send me an email and I can show you a way better way of doing this, overcoming the default limitations, with web services.
